Fresno gas prices rise 37 cents in a month

The Fresno Bee -- The price for a gallon of unleaded gasoline in Fresno rose 37 cents to $4.03 in the last month, according to AAA of Northern California. Prices rose 36 cents to $4.05 in the Visalia-Tulare-Porterville area.

AAA released its monthly gas price report Tuesday. Statewide, the average rose 40 cents to $4.10 and prices nationwide rose 32 cents to $3.70.
